The Master of Death and his hounds are ready to enter the battlefield as Steamforged Games reveals its latest Godtear champion and warband, Styx, Lord of Hounds.
A powerful necromancer with a dark reputation, the mere sight of Styx incites fear. This nightmarish spectre is accompanied by a pair of slavering Abyssal Hounds – huge creatures with an insatiable thirst for blood.
For those new to the world of Godtear, the game is a dynamic tabletop combat game for two players. Taking control of your warband, you’ll fight to claim godtears, ascend the throne of immortality and gain untold power.
One of four revenants in Godtear, Styx (Shaper) joins Mournblade (Guardian), Morrigan (Slayer), and Grimgut (Maelstrom) to round out the undead champion ranks.
Styx uses his Shaper skills to master the battlefield and bend the rules of death, drawing enemies into his clutches and weakening their defences. While Styx selects a victim, his hounds can circle an enemy banner and tear it to shreds.
